Terms of service

These terms govern use of intarc.app ("the service"), operated by its founders ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

IntArc reads metrics from services you connect and presents analysis, forecasts and suggested actions. It is in early access: features may change, and the service may be interrupted. Suggested actions are information, not advice; decisions about your apps and ad spend are yours.

Your account

• You must be entitled to connect the accounts you connect, and you are responsible for keeping your login safe.
• Use the service for your own apps or apps you are authorised to manage. Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• You can delete your apps or account at any time.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Anonymised, aggregated benchmarks are opt-in.

Fees

Early access is free. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance; features available to you for free during early access will stay free for your account.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from decisions made on the basis of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or threaten the service, and will tell you why.
