Privacy policy

IntArc ("we") is operated by its founders and reachable at contact@intarc.app. This policy explains what we store when you use intarc.app and why.

What we store

• Account data: your email address, name if you give one, a hashed password, and session records (browser, IP address, time).
• Connection credentials: the API keys and tokens you paste for RevenueCat, Meta, TikTok or App Store Connect. They are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only to read metrics from those services on your behalf. We never change anything in your accounts.
• Metrics: daily aggregates pulled from those services: spend, impressions, clicks, installs, trials, conversions, revenue, and campaign-level ad figures. We do not store information about your individual end users.
• Email log: the address, subject and delivery result of emails we send you.

Why

To show you your own dashboard, send account emails (verification, password reset), keep the service secure, and improve it. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Benchmarks

Comparisons against "similar apps" will be built from anonymised, aggregated metrics with a minimum group size so no single app can be identified. Participation is opt-in and you can leave at any time.

Where it lives and who processes it

• Hosting and database: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany (EU).
• Transactional email: Resend, Inc. (email address and message content only).
• Connected services (RevenueCat, Meta, TikTok, Apple) process your data under their own terms; we only read from them.

Retention and deletion

Deleting an app deletes its credentials and metrics immediately. Deleting your account deletes everything above. Backups are kept for 30 days and then expire. Email contact@intarc.app to request deletion or a copy of your data.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU you have the right to access, correct, export and erase your data, to object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days.

Cookies

One cookie, intarc_session, keeps you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.

We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email.
